It didn’t take long for congressional committees leading the impeachment inquiry to turn up more details on  President Trump’s dealings with Ukraine.

Democrats say they’ll issue subpoenas for documents related to the investigations, but no one expects President Trump’s team to turn anything over without a legal fight.

Diane spoke with Joshua Geltzer, executive director of Georgetown University’s Institute for Constitutional Advocacy and Protection, to explain the showdown between the executive and legislative branches, what it means for the impeachment proceedings, and how his organization has been challenging Trump’s use of executive power in the courts.
