The Department of Agriculture is set to announce new, tougher standards for "organic" foods. The regulations are likely to allow American farmers to sell organic products in European markets and satisfy those who don’t believe irradiated or genetically modified foods are truly organic. But some are worried that fewer farmers will want to make the extra effort it will take to qualify for the "organic" label. A panel talks about the new standards and the ever-growing interest in "natural" foods.
