A decade ago, psychotherapist Mary Pipher wrote a book
called "Reviving Ophelia" about the ways in which our culture can damage teenage girls. Her latest book, "Letters to a Young Therapist" (Basic Books) shares stories of hope and healing from her thirty years working
with warring families, alienated adolescents, and harried professionals.
