In the present election cycle, former Red Cross president Elizabeth Dole was the single exception to the rule in the all-male slate of candidates running for president. In their new book, husband-and-wife journalists Tom Brazaitis and Eleanor Clift explore the reasons so few women have even considered running for the nation’s highest office. The co-authors join Diane to talk about some of the women in politics today who might one day throw their hats in the ring.
