Twenty percent of today’s Major League Baseball players are Latino. Journalist, author and writer Tim Wendel’s new book examines the impact Latinos have had on the game, from the spread of baseball in the Caribbean and Mexico, to the first Hispanic to play in the World Series in 1923, to the contributions of Latino players today.
