European finance ministers failed to reach agreement on how to disburse Greece’s next installment of aid. The euro-zone ministers continue to meet in Luxembourg today. In a statement released early Monday, they demanded that Greece approve stricter austerity measures and reforms. The ministers also announced that they won’t decide on the parameters of a second round of aid, until July. The news was a blow to Greece’s government.
